Needs Major Improvements

During my stay, I encountered numerous issues such as a malfunctioning toilet and inadequate bedding. The carpets were in poor condition, and the limited staff support made everything worse. If you have a pet needing treatment, tread carefully and ensure you pack extra supplies.

The hotel had clean rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. While I appreciated the helpful staff, the check-in experience was disappointing due to an unfriendly attendant. Also, the lack of an elevator made carrying luggage challenging. Otherwise, it was a decent value for exploring the area.

Comfortable beds but significant cleanliness issues

I had a decent experience with comfortable beds, but the room cleanliness left much to be desired. The carpet was damp upon arrival, and there was a noticeable musty odor throughout. Additionally, the lack of coffee in the room was disappointing, even though it was available in the lobby.

Great hotel with free wi-fi, a laundry facility, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me find a car service, which made a great impression. I'm definitely coming back for a weekend!

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the helpful staff. The breakfast selection was decent, which made mornings a bit easier. I would definitely stay here again!

Great for a quick stop!

The room was comfy and had what we needed, but they only gave us 2 small towels for 4 people. Breakfast was a letdown—just a tiny cinnamon roll and a banana. If you're just crashing here, it’s fine, but if you want more, look elsewhere.

the air conditioning didn't work well, but the room was clean with comfy beds! staff were polite and helpful 😊. breakfast had a decent selection of food! overall a good stay for the price! !
